PHC Maghreb 2017

Le Partenariat Hubert Curien Maghreb ou PHC Maghreb est régi par une convention signée le 04 juillet 2013 liant le Ministère des affaires étrangères français et les Ministères de l’enseignement supérieur et de la recherche scientifique algérien, marocain et tunisien. Objectif : Les soutiens accordés dans le cadre du PHC Maghreb sont destinés à promouvoir la coopération multilatérale en finançant conjointement la mobilité des doctorants et de leurs encadrants dans le cadre de projets régionaux impliquant les 3 pays du Maghreb et la France. Ces projets sont financés pour une durée de 3 ans et doivent relever de thématiques prioritaires partagées au niveau régional : Énergies renouvelables, production, stockage, gestion, smart-grids, Environnement, santé, alimentation et sécurité alimentaire, Sciences et Technologies de l’Information et de la Communication, Big data et ses applications, Maîtrise et gestion des risques (naturels et technologiques), Sciences Humaines et Sociale

MED-SPRING Science &Technologie Awareness Event

Under the Med-Spring (Science, Policy, Research & Innovation Gateway Mediterranean) project supported by the bilateral agreement between Algeria and the European Union, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research held Wednesday November 19, 2014 the third companion awareness Science and Technology to establish a dialogue to promote Euro-Mediterranean cooperation. On the sidelines of the event, a meeting was held to identify common indicators for the evaluation of Science and Technology agreements in the presence of representatives from each department will identify common interests and establish priorities to promote the Euro-Mediterranean cooperation, with a view to co-financing of the member countries of European Union (EU), the Associated Countries and Mediterranean Partner Countries
